Hailey Lemon, a vibrant junior at Chapman High School, isn't your typical student. Juggling roles in the National Honor Society (NHS) and All for Girls (AFG), she's not just confined to academic pursuits. 

Beyond the classroom, Hailey is a force to be reckoned with—whether she's inspire young minds in church, capturing dynamic moments, cheering on her favorite teams at KSU sporting events, or dancing the night away at a lively concerts. 

The CEO program reflects her ambition for real-world experiences, and shows her thrill of hands-on skills over the traditional classroom. Hailey is on a mission to infuse her journey with unique and captivating experiences that will undoubtedly set her on a path apart from others normal view of success.

Founded by Hailey, a Dickinson County CEO student, the desire to add personality to mundane bulletin boards emerged. Each Bulletin Blondie board is handmade and carefully crafted to infuse spaces with not only looks but also functionality.
